Return & Refund Policy

At Staff Design Co., we stand by the quality of our goods – from concept to cotton. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right. Here’s everything you need to know.

📦 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered. If your item is damaged, faulty, or not what you expected, we’ll sort it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging

  • You’ll need the proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is fine)

To start a return:

Email us at store@staffdesign.co with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We don’t currently offer direct exchanges, but you can return the item and place a new order once your refund is processed.

🚫 Non-returnable items

Because of the nature of some products, a few things can’t be returned:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable or digital products

• Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)

• Worn, washed, or altered clothing
